My training began as a child, when I learned the loving touch of Aloha from my grandmother as we would massage our kupuna (elders) after long days of hard work. I have received extensive training in the medical aspects of medical massage therapy, biomechanics and and physical healing and combined the techniques with the Hawaiian touch of Aloha. . I am also a certified practitioner of ART or Active Release Technique as well as Kinesiotaping which is used in the healing of injured soft tissue.
